After soaking the beans overnight (about 12 hours) in a wide-mouth bottle, I was surprised to see many of them already starting to sprout.I began with a 1/2 cup of beans which yielded enough to last several days. I stored the unused sprouted beans in airtight food containers, covered them with water, and refrigerated them. I used the last portion 4 days later and they were still crispy.I would say this about the beans, they are fast-sprouting, tasty, and crispy.
