I am taking away 2 Stars, one for inaccurate descriptions, due to it not having any Memory Foam, Firm Foam! And 1 star, since Prime would expect me to Box This Up Myself for an Exchange, IMPOSSIBLE! I have chronic hip and back pain and this is a WONDERFUL product. Very, very comfy. I did not write the review when I first received the product because I wanted to use it for a while. After a couple of months I can say that I am a satisfied customer and will be buying another for my spare bedroom shortly. I will report that it is WARMER for sure, but after a couple of weeks I do not even notice that anymore, I just don't need as much winter cover as normal. My husband, which does not have any medical issues loves it to.
