I can fit a two-tier bento box that is a decent size, plus still have room for a little more on the side, like a smoothie in a mason jar, or fruit. I have never had any issues with trying to fit my lunch in here. - The side pockets make my life so much easier. I throw in my phone and keys when I am walking from my car to my office, and I also keep my office keys in the other side pocket for when I am leaving or getting to work early. It just makes things so much more convenient! - I also love the front pocket. I often put napkins, utensils, vitamins, medicines, etcetera in here! - It keeps my food cold enough until lunch. If I put a small ice pack (even my ghetto homemade ones with ice in a Ziploc) in, my lunch stays fresh/doesn't go bad! It is SO convenient, especially with COVID. Nice not to have to put my stuff in the fridge where people are constantly in and out. - The interior is that silver insulation material and it's nice because it's easy to clean and wipe up. CONS - Sometimes, my ghetto ice pack leaks and it ends up leaking out of the bag on the bottom. Obviously, if my bag is closed, I don't realize this is happening until it's already leaked.
