Great customer service! I am, however leaving this, my original review up: The basket, liner and mat seem to be worthwhile, but I have not used them yet and so may change my rating. I gave this 3 stars because the lame is made in such a way that the blade cannot be changed once it becomes dull and so is "disposable"...another piece of plastic for the landfill.
