The only thing I cant get over is the taste. This and water is a no go. You will need some sort of gatorade or lemonade and its fine. I would buy again though because of the great benefits and ingredients, but you will suffer getting this stuff down. What I do is take a scoop put it in my mouth and chug it down lo.
