I was hoping for more info and recipes on using my new Crockpot Pressure Cooker. Many of the recipes was for using it as a slow cooker. I already know how to slow cook! I have used my slow cooker for 40 years!!! Also as I was reading one recipe it said to slow cook for 45 hours!!! Huh? 4 to 5 hours...sure! 45 minutes maybe! At that point I decided I had chosen the wrong recipe book. It was not at ALL what I needed or wanted.
