Review: Performs Exceptionally Well - This 52-inch ceiling fan is an excellent choice for any medium-sized room, delivering powerful and refreshing airflow thanks to its stylish palm-leaf blades and optimal 12-degree pitch. After purchasing three of these fans, I can confidently say they all perform exceptionally well. The sturdy, all-weather ABS construction ensures long-lasting durability, while multiple mounting options provide versatility for different spaces. I found installation and operation straightforward with the intuitive three-speed pull chain. The reversible motor allows for year-round comfort, and I highly recommend this ceiling fan.
Review: Excellent fan and relatively easy to install. Looks gorgeous with the palm leaf effect! - The first fan from a different manufacturer had to be returned. My husband and I are serious DIY-ers, and can get most things to work. But those instructions were absolutely terrible and the parts were not aligning with the pictures. This Honeywell fan was a breeze (pun intended) to set up! Very clear instructions. All the parts labeled correctly. Can be done by one person. Just lay all the parts out…read the instructions completely…maybe even twice….and then put it together and hang it on the ceiling! If using a fan speed switch on an outlet, it must be rated for fans. It cannot be a sliding dimmer type switch, but must be a a switch specifically for fans, where the speed lever actually “clicks” between speed settings. The detail web page just says “no dimmer switch”, but a phone call to Honeywell clarified what a fan-rated switch was, which is what we have in our 24 year old house. Highly recommend!

**Q: what are the blades made of?**
A: These fans are not quality and the company does not have any warranty. I had 378.00 in two fans that would not put out any air and they would not even offer to replace them. They simply said that they had a problem with this fan but refused to do anything about it. My fans ended up in the trash after just three weeks of just looking good but not doing anything else
The blades were plastic.

A: This fan does not come with a remote which would have to be purchased separately. I believe Hunter makes a universal remote that may be paired with this Honeywell fan.

The first fan from a different manufacturer had to be returned. My husband and I are serious DIY-ers, and can get most things to work. But those instructions were absolutely terrible and the parts were not aligning with the pictures. This Honeywell fan was a breeze (pun intended) to set up! Very clear instructions.
