## Features

- RUGGED BEER STEIN: Get ready for game day, a day by the pool, or a cookout with this 20 ounce (total capacity) stainless steel beer mug. It has a sturdy metal handle for easy holding and turns heads in the process. It's been known to become the talk of the party.
- HIGH QUALITY STEEL: Ultra durable and shatterproof, this beer mug is made from 100% food grade 18/8 steel that’s BPA and toxin free so it won't tarnish, rust, or leach harmful chemicals over time. Oh yeah ... no metalic taste here like so many others!
- WELDED HANDLE: Unlike other mug handles that are epoxied, screwed or spot welded, the Real Deal Steel beer mug has a laser welded stainless steel handle that won't break, bend or shatter.
- COLD FOR HOURS: As a beer drinker, you might not need your beer to stay cold for hour. Afterall, you'll drink it well before then. In that case, consider our superior insulation an insurance against a forgotten beer. But even fast beer drinkers will agree, it is nice to have the final sip as fresh and crisp as the first.
- ULTIMATE DRINK CUP: While our signature drinking cup is ideal for IPA, ale, lager, and other styles of beer, The Ultimate Stein can be used for hot coffee, lattes, smoothies, shakes, cocktails, margaritas, and more.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: My mug makes a bubbling sound when I open dishwasher. It’s like water is boiling in the walls of the mug. Is this normal?**
A: Sorry this happened ... It shouldn't have even in the dishwasher. The disk on the bottom that was mentioned is only cosmetic. A customer in this thread wrote:
"Water gets up in the welding. Idk if it’s because it’s not dishwasher safe or if it’s a defect, but water gets up through the logo on the bottom" -- This is not actually true. Any water exiting that area is not coming from inside the mug. It's coming from under the cosmetic disk that covers that vacuum sealing. It wipes away and that is it. The mug is one solid piece.

This mug does fine in the dishwasher top rack. It hasn't been tested on the bottom rack. I hope this info helps. Hey H Y B G -- If you want to reach out to us here on Amazon messaging, please do. We can talk more about your mug.
Thanks much,
Jacob

**Q: Where is this made?**
A: Our factory is in China - We are located in Waukesha, Wisconsin and are family-owned. Our products are made with the highest quality food grade 18/8 steel and are tested by an independent, well-known third party inspection company. Real Deal Steel products are some of the highest quality stainless steel drinkware out there and we care about our customers. We hope you consider giving us a try. Thanks!

**Q: Does the lid have any protection tp prevent the liquid from spilling out?**
A: Lid sits very well on the mug. Liquid will spill if you were to tilt or turn it upside down. No particular stopper for 'drinking gap' on the lid. I hope this helps!

**Q: Didn't receive a lid with my order**
A: I purchased a yeti lid and used sand paper to file the lid to fit your cup.
