A: Because Bandai don't care. These figures are logically only worth like 10 bucks.

A: No, it is well assembled but you can exchange the hands.

**Q: Does the gohan have a front piece of his hair sticking out bc in the pictures shown of the product it isnt there while in customer pictures he has it**
A: Yes, he has a piece of hair in the front.  The product picture is not the updated one.
