Am I the only one who didn't get one?** A: Yes it’s included it’s very strong and will last for lifetime.. **Q: Has anyone managed to break the spring? My cheaper plastic unit (which I expected to snap at the hinge) broke at the spring during use.** A: You never be able to break the springs on gripper it will last a lifetime worth every penny.. **Q: How reliable, easy to hold and maximum resistance on this grip, compared to conventional "trigger" grips?** A: It's easy to hold in terms of both the feel and that you can set it at different distances either due to hand size or to work a shorter range of motion at the higher resistance levels. In terms of resistance it goes from a pretty easy lowest setting up to a higher range comparable to a Captains of Crush number 2 I would say by feel, so pretty heavy resistance; but with plenty of interim resistance options. All round good product. ## Frequently Bought Together - GD IRON GRIP Grip Strength Trainer Adjustable Hand Gripper Strengthener Hand Grip Exerciser Wrist Strengtheners Silent & Durable – Forearm, Finger & Hand Strength Training for Athletes, Climbers & Rehabilitation - GD Pinch Grip for GD IRON GRIP EXT model, Finger Strengthener Hand Grip Exerciser Strengthener Premium Adjustable Hand Gripper for Climber - GD Grip Tape (3 Colors), Grip Tape for Hand Grip Strengthener, Non-Slip Tape, Iron Grip, Overgrip, Reduce Pain and Injury Recovery --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/138741337-iron-grip-grip-strength-trainer-hand-gripper-forearm-strengthener-metal](https://www.desertcart.us/products/138741337-iron-grip-grip-strength-trainer-hand-gripper-forearm-strengthener-metal) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
