Review: Bought for the quantity, staying for the quality. - Very happy that this bedding turned out to be good quality for my Hammy, who is previously used to carefresh. I got it because it seemed similar, was suitable and safe, and offered a better value for the large quantity I needed. The main difference between them is how soft this one is in comparison, my hammy really loves cosying up in it. I haven’t noticed any significant dustiness, and the absorbency is good also. Will continue with this as long as it is available. Just make sure to be in when it gets delivered because it’s hard to carry!

**Q: My young bearded dragon sleeps under kitchen paper… would this be good for him**
A: I am not sure but this is extremely soft. My guineas love it.

**Q: Anyone know how big this is in KG?**
A: This is approximately 3-4kg in weight.  Like all paper bedding suppliers, we determine paper bedding by volume, not by weight. We do this because different paper bedding is made of different materials, and weight doesn’t really have much meaning; paper bedding is a compressed product.  Hope this helps :)

**Q: Is this like the Fitch bedding please?**
A: I'm not sure what Fitch bedding is this stuff is compressed paper but the volume expands once opened hold moisture very well and easy to cleanup and is soft...hope that helps

**Q: Is this good for whelping boxes**
A: In my opinion I would say no.
This was very dusty and all my rats ended up sneezing a lot while I was using it.

Very happy that this bedding turned out to be good quality for my Hammy, who is previously used to carefresh. It's so far a very good bedding , hardly any dust ,price wise it's ok when you get it over Amazon ( you do save compare to others that offer, the volume of 178 litre is fantastic for the price compare to other brand name paper bedding I used ) It's very soft , smells neuteral and absorbed my guinea pigs Grayson and Tillies pee very good it's easy to clean away . This stuff is great, low dust so better for our pet's respiratory health than wood shavings. Paper can be more expensive so I bought the largest bag possible to maximize value for money and this is a whopping size bag. We like to put in a good 8 inches of bedding so our hamster can burrow and tunnel, and we completely replace the bedding once a week with a one or two minor cleans during the week when we remove damp or soiled areas and the bedding has lasted eight weeks. It is soft enough for our hamster to sleep in and sticks together enough so that his burrows retain their structural integrity. Henry Hamster is very happy.
