Review: Average product quality - I purchased the steam generator for the second time after the first one conked out after one year of use. This time too, with the second product, there is a problem with the fitting of the lid, as the threading of the lid is not well matched with the threading in the bowl. It is a task to close the lid as it keeps slipping off. Pity such basic quality issues are not addressed for a product which is fairly expensive in its class. Our manufacturers need to gear up for better quality if they want to compete internationally.
