The clarity with night vision is outstanding. 99% of the time night vision is all you need, but the day quality is Amazing as well. I had a lavanna one and with good night vision but this one blows the lavanna out of the water. The only issue I have with it is that it loses connection when I have too many devices going at once.

As time goes on it has more and more connection issues- to the point that I have more “camera offline” and blue screens than video. Customer support is a joke. It took 3 attempts to get a reply that was completely unhelpful. Be very cautious as now it is outside of the return window for us. Super easy to use. Picture quality is pretty great. Occasionally I have connection issues but it usually reconnects right away. The temp reading seems to be effected by the heat the camera puts off.

**Q: Is there a second camera so you can have split screen?**
A: No, it doesn’t support multiple cameras

**Q: I cant get app to recognize the camera. I set it to pair and it prompts me for network password. I verified password . Any ideas?**
A: Same issue here! Cannot get camera to connect to WiFi for the app use. Frustrating!

**Q: So this will work on my wife iphone and my android with no issues? Or does it have to be only of our phones connected to the camera?**
A: I was able to connect both my android and my wife's iphone to it at the same time. The audio was a little tin sounding, but otherwise a decent camera.

**Q: No noise came over the monitor. luckily i woke up and pressed the screen to check the picture. was this vox mode? how do i know it’s on vox?**
A: That sounds like Vox mode. It is essentially just a "sleep mode" it turns off the screen and makes it quiet. But it has a threshold (that i believe is adjustable) which turns the screen and audio back on when noise is loud enough.
There is a light on the left side of the monitor that indicates when vox is on. It should be the second light from the bottom. You turn vox on and off by briefly pressing the power button once the device is on.
