We used an acrykic grout and cant seem to find a specific remover** A: Sorry, I don't definitively know the answer to your question. I used a polymer grout but the product wasn't very effective in removing grout haze, at least on porous concrete patio stones. I've tossed the bottle so can't review the directions but I don't recall that the directions indicated which types of grout the product could be used on. My understanding is that acrylic is a polymer so ???? I plan to use muriatic acid to remove grout haze which I've done successfully in the past but it is a little dangerous to work with and can etch brick and concrete products if not careful. But, only on outdoor projects. And, to be fair, the grout was a little more than just a light haze. Finally, I think the product is somewhat pricey. It removed some of the grout but I think I would need to go over the floor another time or 2 to get it all up which I have not done. I watched a demo video online first and then cleaned the floor in sections. I just poured the product on the floor and spread it with a stiff nylon brush and scrubbed. I let it sit for 15 minutes then scrubbed some more with the brush and cleaned it up with a sponge. I then used a swiffer wet jet cleaner to really clean up the product. The product does have a slight odor so make sure you open a window or at least put on the bathroom fan if you have one. Some of my problem might be the tiles. They are light colored, flat, matte, and porous. I never should have installed them on the floor to begin with.
