The richness of color makes the functionality perfect for printing out digitals that are common in the journaling world. In the hundreds of pages I’ve printed ( I use the Epson Tank ET 2803) I have never had any trouble with bleed through. I would say it’s extremely sturdy but about half as thick as card stock. I might recommend this as card making paper it is thick enough to make a decent card for beginners but for primary advanced card making I am not sure as I am not a card maker. I will say I print almost everything I print on this paper. It holds up to stamping and mixed media very well also. This is a very white, smooth but not shiny surface, heavy paper. I use it for posters and nametags.
