A: Absolutely yes. The handles are nice and thick and OK to wear on one shoulder.

**Q: Is there enough room for school books, lunch, water and PE kit?**
A: Not for water but book and pack lunch is fine.

**Q: Does this come with a strap to go on the sides?**
A: Yes but the one we received was detached from the clasp that clips onto the bag so we returned it. It seemed like a manufacturers fault.

Not had cause to use it yet, as I bought it for travelling. Hence the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. But so far so good, it seems like a good quality bag, would have preferred a slightly lighter grey, but it's not too dark for the summer months. I've tested out out to see how much it will hold, and it will take my small laptop, my Kindle fire 10, my smart phone, purse and a few other things us ladies need to carry around with us. So as long as the handles hold without breaking away from the bag, I will be very pleased to recommend it to others looking for this type of bag.
