Would they fit a smaller woman about 110 pounds?** A: I wish they had different sizing for these... I'm 5'2", about 110lbs and they're too big for me. The knee and wrist pads were too big. Also are these "sleeve" type pads, or just velcro?** A: The knee pads are 9" in length and the elbow pads are 6". They are sleeve and Velcro. The hand/wrist pads wrap full around wrist with material and have Velcro which wraps over that. There is no Velcro which would come in contact with skin. Nicer than I thought they would be.
