What an upgrade to my Gen 1 Silvia. Heavy duty, love the 360 degree swivel capabilitiy, and a very positive start/stop valve vs original which tended to leak a little. And with the thick stem and nozzle being the same size with no gaps, no hang ups for dried milk to cake on. One wipe and your done. Great video online which walks you through the install. Gen 1 folks will have a few more screws to remove as the hole that holds the valve isn’t open at the top like the newer versions. It literally is a 10 minute job. Cleaned the hoses while at it too! As mine is an older unit, the wand only pivoted, it didn't swivel fully.In about 15 minutes with a #2 Phillips and a wrench I had the parts replaced.
