I ordered the light purple in XL. Cons: Because the design is that of a dress shirt ... it tends to be too tight in the shoulders/armpits to sleep in comfortably. The XL is certainly long enough for a nightshirt (I'm 5'5" & 165lbs so that's not a challenge) but too long to be tucked into dress slacks w/out looking like you're hiding a well dressed, bag lady down your pants. I ordered a follow up in black and went w/ the Large.
