**Q: Does this work with carpeted floor?**
A: I have  not tried, we have hard-wood floors, so it worked.

**Q: Can extra hanging bars be purchased?  I already have this rack, but want to hang more rows of baby clothes.**

**Q: Where can I get a replacement for the screw in support holder figamagig?**
A: Home Depot?

**Q: What would be the estimated load of weight of clothes to hang on the poles?**
A: Not sure of weight but if you put too much weight on top row it will pull down on the spring tension and every thing crashes. May be fine when you first put it up but as you rearrange you clothing weight distribution gets shifted. 
Besides this flaw, I love my racks. When I get moved into my permanent residence I plan to have handyman figure way to make top attach to ceiling permanently.

Very easy to put together, I installed on carpet and it holds just fine! Holds plenty of full sized blankets for my craft room. The 6 cross bars are not enough for me, so I will probably try to find somewhere to get more, or purchase another full set.

Update. 09.16.20 I just purchased my 5th one. I love these.Original . Purchased for my 13 year olds closet. Love it. Sturdy and so far so great. Easy to assemble. I need to purchase four more for my household.

I wouldn't purchase this again. Ive had to get something else that was more sturdy. The bars bowed within a week. And no, I didn't overload them!
