I wasn't quite sure what size to get, so I took a risk ordering this one. Luckily for me, the 8mm 20g fits PERFECTLY!! Literally makes my piercing a thousand times cuter, and fits snugly but it's not too tight. I also love the color of the silver, it's very clean and not too dark. Overall I would 10/10 recommend -- just make sure you know what size to order, that would be my only word of advice. ### ⭐⭐ Caused allergic reaction *by E***A on Reviewed in the United States on June 11, 2019* I bought the 7mm rose gold nose ring. It's beautiful and functional however I had an allergic reaction to it. I have an allergy to low quality metals and my piercing got very red and oozed. Same thing that happens when I wear cheap earrings. I have to wear only implang grade titanium or surgical steel. Even when it comes to bracelets, rings, and necklaces I am very allergic. I'm disappointed that the description if this product was not truthful. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good buy *by P***E on Reviewed in the United States on July 13, 2019* LOVE IT! I got size 7mm rose gold. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/135507512-orangelove-hypoallergenic-nose-rings-20g-18g-16g-14g-12g-10g](https://www.desertcart.us/products/135507512-orangelove-hypoallergenic-nose-rings-20g-18g-16g-14g-12g-10g) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
