After feeling an intense burn the second I put it on, I should have taken it right off. I left it on for 30 min and GOT CHEMICAL BURNS. My face is so messed up after using this product. The company's website doesn't even have a section to contact them! Just a phone number with a mailbox that hasn't been set up, so don't plan on them ever responding to you. I use this at night, before bed, and in the morning, after I wash and dry my face. I only apply this to my affected areas. I did not detect any kind of smell with this and it absorbed into my skin very quickly, leaving no residue. I did not have any bad reactions from this product and I do have sensitive skin. I am already seeing a difference in the color of my dark spot, it is becoming lighter. Hopefully with continued use it will go away completely.
