I was looking for a fast acting non-flammable cleaner to clean up years of permanent marker writing on MCCs at my work. The result was surprisingly fast as initially I was doubting it since it was a solvent based cleaner. Its smell is not at all bothering like general paint stripper kind product. Few observations: Its effectiveness it highly dependent on which surface its being used on, irrespective of stain type you are trying to clean. On polished or powdered coated surfaces, such as electrical panel, lockers etc. it works very well. But on some plastics, especially flexible ones such, as electrical conduits, and some rough surfaces like dry wall or cinder blocks, it did not work that great and smother the strain then cleaning. So make sure to try on a smaller area first. In my personal experience, I would use it for cleaning all the polished surfaced without fearing of damaging surface paint, but I will not use to for something like graffiti.
