Q: What is the circumfrance of the hat?

The outside edge of the hat is actually a 13 1/4 by 14 1/2 inch ellipse. The measurement around the outside edge is approximately 43 1/2 inches. Be advised that this is a costume hat. It is made of brown felt and I doubt it would stand up to rain, etc.

Q: How wide is the ribbon?

Don’t buy this product if your looking for authentic

Q: will this fit a 2 year old toddler?

I doubt it...it is an adult size hat. My 9 year old wore it.

Q: Would it fit for a size 56?

No it would be too large. It states it's a 7 1/4, and that would be size 59.
