Soak them in a sink until the leather is good and wet, about an hour. Put them on your child while wet and have them wear them for a few hours to break them in. Straight from the box, they will likely cause blisters. But if you soften them up and break them in, this is a durable and beautiful sandal that will last through many kids! The light colored ones start to look shabby before the darker ones. I have a pair of adult brown ones and I just passed them on to my sister in law after getting 15 years of use out of them! ### ⭐ These are clearly knock offs. Amazon really needs to figure out a way to monitor the quality of name brand products because the amount knock offs trying to pass for the real deal is outrageous.
