Thankfully, none were damaged or dented and the product itself didn't seem negatively impacted.I quite liked the taste and the energy "kick" from drinking this. The carbonation wasn't excessive and was light enough to where I was happy having this around breakfast time in lieu of a coffee. This has become my new favorite caffeinated beverage. it has three main ingredients. carbonated water, blackberry/cherry juice and can sugar (8 grams per can). with added vitamins it is a no brainer when trying to decide between this and less healthy energy drinks.
