I have been attempting to lose weight over the last few months, and this product has really helped with that. I cannot stand skipping breakfast in the morning due to feeling like crud. The taste is great. It has a very "mocha" taste to it. It can be a little gritty depending on if you do not use enough water. I would think a blender would work better for this, but I simply use a "Blender Ball" bottle to mix up the powder and then pour it into a glass to drink. I've tried a few other types of these meal replacements and none of them come close to how good this tastes. There is little to no veggie taste unlike other powders. If you have been looking for something to replace a meal during the day, then this is your product.
