The first one, on the first time trying to put it on an airplane, one of the retaining clips snapped. Luckily, we were able to get it replaced next-day -- thanks, Amazon! After that -- IF you watch the tutorial video online -- this is a ton of fun. The most important thing to know is that you're going to need to trim-up your paper airplane. You want a design and trim that basically flies straight up without the PowerUp on it -- then when you put the PowerUp on it, it'll fly great. We've had it going all around our front yard. The charger is very easy to use, even for younger kids, and they love it.
