**Q: Do these insoles keep you from having friction while walking and running?**
A: Don't know about running, no friction from walking. You may need to take the old sole out.

**Q: Are these softer than the Brooks Glycerin 15 insoles since it has very thin and hard ones unlike its advertismens**
A: I have not tried the brooks glycerin 15 insoles. Actually my husband is the one using the happy steps and he told me that these are better than his Dr. schols insoles.

**Q: I wear 8.5M men, should I buy size 6-9 or 8-12?**
A: 8 to 12 is what i had ordered and trimed down to my size, which is 9, i believe i would play it on the safe side. Only my opinion.

**Q: how much height would you say you get from these? 1/4 inch, 1/2 inch, more?**
A: probably 1/4 of an inch. But only on the one side, as they sent me two of the same foot. So I suppose 1/2 inch, if you stack them. Again though, only on one side
