The Ultra does not. The Ultra has an IRON prefilter to remove iron from your well water and protect the membrane. It also has a UV filter to sterilize microorganisms. The Artesian Full Contact does not have an IRON prefilter or the UV filter. Our HydroPerfection model #TMHP has all of those features plus a permeate pump to reduce water waste, improve production and make slightly cleaner water. **Q: What does "Full Contact Technology" mean?** A: This model does not contain our patented Full Contact remineralization system.
