On time delivery, well packaged in a box so it doesn't get crushed in a bag. Filter was perfect, and came with a new o-ring. Kind of curious it didn't have any packing material in the box, so the filter box kind of rattled around. But none the worse for it. The lid of the filter box had been sealed with factory glue, so no one would mess with the o-ring I guess lol.
