Costoso. Per un pezzo di plastica si potrebbe dire che il prezzo è altissimo. Mi sembra però che qui si paghi anche il lavoro degli ingegnieri che hanno scelto il materiale, la forma, i dettagli. Sto usando questo Spätzlehex?! (tradotto alla lettera sarebbe la streghetta delle spezle) da anni in cucina. In fondo si potrebbe usare anche solo una tavoletta di legna e far gocciolare le pasta semi liquida nell'acqua bollente, misurandola con un coltello lungo (tradizione). Se la pasta ha la consistenza esatta. Se no usa questo aggieggio.
