When using them on my legs, they would slip down or get twisted. It's annoying, but they work as intended. My kid got a hold of them and they ended up snapping making them unusable. Then I found these as a lightning deal. Total game changer! These are about 3" wide and made of fabric/latex. On the inside, they feature a some sort of elastic that's embedded in the fabric that prevents the band from slipping (on legs). It's not noticeable until you stretch it out. Unlike the plain latex loop bands, these do not get bunched up or twisted while using. They sit firmly on my legs and allows a better resistance workout. They are strong and do not snap back. I'm using the largest size while using the treadmill, and it feels like I've done a harder workout. I should've bought these bands initially, but was thrown off by "booty" in the name. I use these bands throughout my workout (Jillian Michaels, Core de Force, treadmill). It sounds cliche, but it really does make me feel the burn (the next day).If you found my review helpful, please vote to help other shoppers.
