I made a quick video to show how easy it is to put this headband on a pair of pre - 2016 HD 280 Pros. In fact, this is a hair loose compared to the OEM band. But it fits just fine, and is tight enough that it won't slide.The overall feel is perhaps a little softer than the original. The foam seems a little thicker, but less dense (which has the overall effect of being less thick, if that makes sense).At this price ($12 at time of order), it's a great option. I can't yet speak to durability, but I'll revisit this review if there are any issues. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ok but not as good as the original SENNHEISER H280 Pro *by T***Y on August 10, 2024* They are not as soft or as supple as what came with the headphones. You have to give them a stretch BEFORE you try and put them on your phones. I had to stretch them almost to the point of tearing them before I could get them to fit. I would suggest trying to fit the side without the wire first.... that will give you a better feel without the wire in the way.
