I love to cook and appreciate when the tools I have to work with are so well made and actually do the job they are intended for, I have found that every Oxo product fits that bill. Another big bonus with Oxo products is the price, they are very reasonable for their quality. It is made in China. (at least - mine..) **Q: What is the difference between the salt grinder and the pepper grinder?** A: I have both the pepper and salt grinders. The internal workings of the two are the same - they both have ceramic grinders. The only difference, other than the salt coming pre-filled with salt and the pepper with pepper, is the ring around the OXO badge on the top of the grinder. I've tried a dozen different brands and this one beats them all. OXO is brilliant in how they designed this. The grinder is at the top so you don't have to wipe pepper from underneath it.
