Review: Absolutely great purchase! - I don’t know what it is but this is absolutely wonderful product, sure it’s not going to be able to be used for heavy gaming but it is definitely great for office work. Even better, it’s 100% portable, it’s not bound to wires nor is it a bulky large heavy machine. Battery that lasts for multiple hours and a built in back stand further improving office usage. It definitely is faster than my actual PC and as I said before, portable. Personally It does take time to get used to a full on computer to be used in the form of a tablet but shouldn’t be to hard to adjust after all I have used a computer in the form of a handheld console like device. Screen resolution is very nice quality, exactly the quality of what I want. Addition to all of what I’ve discussed above the product was refurbished yet it feels so new, 5/5 stars.
Review: Feels familiar which is a good thing - Glad we went with the Surface Pro. In the box... Surface Pro 3 Charger Generic Pen No manuals or documents Had to buy A keyboard Unorganized notes: -It's Windows so it's familiar. -Battery life is better than our previous laptop. Only had it a couple days so it's still too soon to truly judge though -it a good sized screen and still compact to travel -it came already logged on to a generic user so I had to do a complete wipe (good thing I'm somewhat tech savvy) - wish there were more ports (usbs) - solution is to buy a separate USB hub - the pen seems to be the "and" accessory. Don't know how to use it. It doesn't have a place in the surface pro to go. My opinion is it should live some where inside the surface pro like the Samsung note. But regardless of that, I dont know what to do with it. - unlike the iPads, the surface has separate logins so this has made it great for having my kids have their own accounts - the keyboard thing (not physical keyboard) is confusing. The keyboard pops up sometimes and other times I feel like I need to press some special magic function key to get it to pop up (it doesn't always work). - the Microsoft store seems more like a place where 3rd party companies are just trying to extract money rather than provide a service. (There are not a lot of apps anyways)

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is the touch pen include?**
A: I just got one today, may 13 2017, and no pen was included. I'll be asking for a return or a pen. The listing specifically says the pen is included.

A: No, you can use the screen key board or get a Bluetooth keyboard

**Q: Is the os on this device windows 8.1 pro or just 8.1? and is the os upgradable for win 10 later on?**
A: My 64gb from seller DealFisher did an upgrade as soon as I started it and afterwards was Windows 10 Pro Anniversary although it stated win 8 in description. (Win10 upgrade is still available for free, too - google it)

**Q: Can ram be increased (to 6gb or 8gb) by owner?**
A: This item cannot be increased in ram.

### ⭐ Surface works but probably will not come with working charger / surface pen
*by C***D on May 26, 2016*

The Surface Pro 3 itself works well, but what good is it without a working charger, without the correct charger, and without the surface pen that is is supposed to come with. I purchased 4 of these from this seller. Only 1 came in with all the accessories and fully working. Like I said. the surface pro 3 itself works but the components that come with it should be replaceable themselves if they don't work. I am very upset by the sellers lack of ability to send me a replacement charger/pen instead insisting that i should return the whole product. Beware buying this product from this seller.
