My experience with the rubber used in garden hoses and my solar water heater is that at residential pressures (50-70 psi after regulation), you are running a blowout risk once you get into the 150F range. Recommend it. *by on Reviewed in Canada 16 October 2024* The hose DOES indeed kink BUT it is much less likely to do so than my old hose. I liked the fact that is suitable for potable drinking water. My other hose actually had warning NOT to use it someone drinks from the hose. It is truly 3/4" and a result i see almost no pressure drop of flow restriction. It rolls up great on my new winding hose reel and does not flatten out so that the flow is reduced if you do not unroll it. The ends are well made and strong.
