Review: Heavy Duty - Have used this (grey, heavy) band for a few weeks as pull up assist and it seems to be extremely well made and has a lot of resistance. I have used it for other exercises, and its great. If you double it up, its a hell of a lot of force. So far I am very pleased and look forward to finding even more uses for this band. Theres cheaper options, but you get what you pay for. I do not want a band of this magnitude to snap in my face or worse places...... well worth the $
Review: Assists with pull ups - I use it to assist me with pull ups. I'm 5 ft 2 in tall, and weigh less than 140 lbs. I can't do a full pull up unassisted, so this helps me do at least 2 full pull ups back to back. I know this will help me to achieve my fitness goal of doing pull ups unassisted. Durable product.

**Q: Are these bands worth it versus a cheaper brand such as upowex?**
A: Yes, the quality and durability are very high.

**Q: which resistance band would be good for bench press resistance for a heavy lifter? will the strongest one be too much?**
A: It would really depend on how you are using the band and what you strength level is. If you are pressing over 315 lbs with no resistance I think you could be well suited with the extra heavy. Anything less, you would likely do better with the heavy.

**Q: How many resistance bands are  in the package?**
A: This are sold as single units.

**Q: Would this be the right size for adding resistance to push ups? I see different bands come in different lengths.**
A: This band is heavy resistance and will make a push up very challenging. We would recommend the light or medium resistance band.
