A: It is a light lotion that takes off eye makeup great. Not greasy at all. Very gentle to the eyes. I  would use it all the time but it's expensive

**Q: Do you need to shake this?  Checking to see if it has oil in it.**
A: No, you do not have to shake it, this product is oil-free.
