I found it to be exceptional, especially the two SATA connectors that provide faster processing speeds that the rest. In my case I connected my internal solid state hard dives to them...much faster.Hope this helps. **Q: How long is the warranty for this product?** A: it says 36 months, but only in US. I got one with a bad dimm and i can't use the warranty because im not in US. **Q: Anyone else having onboard audio problems? If you follow the link above, you can find another link that lists the countries w/service centers. The Sabertooth X79 is part of the TUF (Thermal Armor Technology) series. Personally, I don't think long term warranties on consumer computer parts is worth much more than the paper it is written on. That said, I purchased from Amazon b/c of their excellent return policy. It proved to be a good decision b/c the first board I received had a problem with the sound controller. I think any warranty work you have to pursue w/the manufacturer (anything beyond 30 days), will likely prove to be time consuming and fruitless...which I believe is true for all MB manufacturers.
