My biggest issue is rolling in that area. I am 5'4" 165lbs just had my second child...** A: On me, the flexees are not tight at all around the shorts area and there is no roll. **Q: does it make your thighs bulge out below the cloth line?** A: Hi Chelly, no it doesn't make my thighs bulge; however, if you have bigger thighs, after awhile it can be uncomfortable due to them being tighter around the thighs. My thighs didn't bulge, but after wearing them for 5+ hours, it started to hurt. I would suggest to all a size up who have bigger thighs **Q: does it run small** A: I’m 5’4” and I weigh 150 lbs. The small works well, even though I have thick thighs.
