Review: Love it! - I started taking this because I read that hormones can greatly affect basically everything in your body. I don't have any pre-menopausal symptoms like hot flashes or anything like that yet. However, I am over 40 and noticed my energy level is down and my exercising/diet efforts are not producing any results. I was hoping this would help me to lose weight. I was exercising like crazy, and I thought I was watching my diet as well. I don't know if it has helped with weight loss as I am trying not to obsess over it and weigh myself all the time, but it has helped with my energy level tremendously. I don't feel sluggish and run down by the end of the day. I don't know if it's because of these supplements, but I haven't changed anything since taking them so I can only assume. I have had no side effects. I've tried the Garden of Life Ocean Essentials Hormone Balance supplements and Shatavari supplements which were recommended by the Whole Foods vitamin department. I felt pretty good with Garden of Life, but it was on the expensive side. I didn't feel any different with the Shatavari so I've stopped taking them. I plan to reorder these instead of trying something else.
