I bought nictotinamide after listening to a doctor talk about how essential it is as one ages. I'm 55 so it seemed like a wise idea. I first tried Resveracel which was a lot more expensive but the recommended brand. Honestly, I don't really notice a difference from using it. I'm pretty healthy, slim and energetic and apparently look young for my age (without any plastic surgery). On the other hand, I had no negative effects.
