On the CDPU permanent system just unscrew the valve and attach the extension hose, then re-attach the valve on the end of your last extension hose. I used it to pump up to a 42 gallon "Blue Boy" in the back of a pickup truck.The "drip free" valve works. It is helpful to be able to see the contents in the hose, especially when backflushing. I cannot compare it to a narrower hose, but when pumping out a 30 tank and flushing the hose the pump showed no signs of heating up. I cap both ends with PVC caps when putting it away. It is just neater and cleaner.It connected easily to my tank using some PVC threaded connectors with a Valtera PVC pipe to bayonet adaptor.Note that when it is cold out the hose is less flexible. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works like a charm *by P***D on August 3, 2025* Worth the money especially if your in a hurry ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A very useful macerator hose *by T***Z on August 15, 2021* I paired this hose with a $70 macerator pump but I had to buy additional parts to complete the system. The flow is excellent and can pump sewer from our RV to a higher elevation sewer outlet.These parts on the photo are not expensive but required me to do a bit of experimentations.
