Difficult question without knowing exactly where and how the skin is affecting you. You could certainly look at doing some techniques to lift the skin and then circumferential strips would provide some compression and support. If only using for relatively short periods, it could be quite effective however if left longer you would have to be wary of blisters if the skin is creased under the tape.
