This neck cream definitely moisturizes as promised, and when used regularly it really keeps your skin soft. I've used this cream for a few months and haven't noticed that it has "firmed" the skin so much, but it definitely improves the appearance and delivers lasting moisture. My only real complaint is the scent - it has somewhat of a chemical smell...almost like Windex to me. It could be me and my overly sensitive nose, but it's not a pleasant smell to me. It's only noticeable when it's first applied and wears off shortly after.
