On 13.8 volt power supply, 1 fairly bright for single chip LED (same as new 1157 incandescent) and 1 with bad chip (20% dimmer with yellowish tint). Doubled solder on base contacts of both to correct intermittent in-new-socket operation (made contacts extend out as far as new 1157 bulb). On both, not enough difference between high and low for my tastes (wouldn't recommend for brake lights or turn signals). I reassigned both as under hood lights (note - can NOT turn on both high and low at same time for more lumins).
