This particular collar runs on a different frequency than the SportDOG In-Ground Fence and SportDOG Contain + Train Fence and is not compatible with those fence systems. **Q: Has anyone found a replacement battery for the sdf-cr online for purchase?** A: Thank you for this question. The replacement battery SAC00-16365 may be used in the SDF-CR. **Q: Do you have to use this brand of wire, or are other underground dog fence wires compatible?** A: Thank you for your great question. You do not have to use the wire included with the fence. You can use any wire that is 20g-14g, solid, insulated, copper wire. Please note that all of the wire you use must be the same size, but any wire 20g-14g will work. **Q: Can you train multiple dogs at same time with the remote?** A: Thank you for your great question. This is an In-Ground Fence, not a remote trainer system. However, there is no limit to the number of collars that can work with one In-Ground Fence system. ## Frequently Bought Together - SportDOG Rechargeable In-Ground Fence Systems, Electric Fence for Dogs, Waterproof and Submersible to 25 Ft, from The Parent Company of Invisible Fence Brand - SportDOG Brand Wire & Flag Accessory Kit for In-Ground Fence - PetsTEK 10 Pack Waterproof Wire Splice Kit for Wire Break Repair in Electric In-Ground Dog Fence Systems --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/129871022-sportdog-rechargeable-in-ground-fence-system-up-to-1-1](https://www.desertcart.us/products/129871022-sportdog-rechargeable-in-ground-fence-system-up-to-1-1) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
