They didn't have it at the time so it's going to cost me over $200 to return 4 chairs. I emailed the GOTMINSI and ask if they could send me a prepaid postage and I'll pay for the shipping cost of $24.99 per package (I had 2 packages). They agreed and when they refunded the 4 chairs, I only had to pay shipping cost of $54 (it should be $50 but I guess they took the taxes on shipping cost as well). They were quick at returning emails within 24 hours. Great customer service.
