The hat is too tight, even for my 7 lb newborn, and the swaddle sack is soft and stretchy, but not snug enough to use even over the top of a traditional muslin or flannel swaddle. I was hoping this would be a good choice to use in combination with a traditional swaddle at night, but it fell a little short of my expectations.
